It doesn't get much better than an all original 1954 Fender Stratocaster!
This first year of production Stratocaster is in very good condition for its age. The original two-tone Sunburst finish exhibits some scratches and dents but is very clean overall. There is some wear on the fretboard, particularly in the cowboy chord area, but the original frets still have plenty of life left in them.
The neck date on this Stratocaster is TG 10-54, body date is 8/54, and the electrical inspection tape reads "Gloria 11/8/54". It features all of its original bakelite parts and all electronics function as intended.
Its a joy to play this Stratocaster, it is very acoustically resonant and the neck feels great.
This Stratocaster was originally shipped to Wood Music Center with shops in San Angelo and Abilene, Texas and retains the original decal.
Comes with its original tweed center pocket case.
