1968 Fender Telecaster Thinline in custom color Sunburst finish. In the summer of 1968 Fender introduced the Telecaster Thinline to their lineup. The Thinline was available in either natural mahogany or ash finishes.
This Sunburst Thinline Telecaster is from the first year of production for the model and is in very good condition. Features include an ash body, maple cap neck, and pearloid pickguard. This exact guitar is featured on page 258 of "Fender: The Golden Age 1946-1970".
It is all original and comes with its original export hardshell case.
